SHIPPING

Your order will be packed with care and dispatched within two business days of payment. We'll email you when it's on its way. If something's not available, we'll tell you when it's expected back.

NEW ZEALAND
• Orders $79.95+ = FREE
• Orders under $79.95 = $10

North Island (non-rural): usually next business day. South Island: typically 2 business days. Rural areas vary—we can't predict exact timing as schedules differ across the country.

AUSTRALIA
Aussie Mate's Rates: $20 flat

We track international orders where NZ Post offers tracking. Check your zone: Service by Zone

INTERNATIONAL
Flat rate: $30

Some countries charge import duties or customs fees. This is beyond our control and your responsibility as the receiver.

EU & UK FRIENDS
Buying from outside the EU/UK means you're the importer. You'll pay VAT, duty, and any handling fees before delivery. Your local postal service will contact you—usually holding parcels for about 3 weeks before returning them if unpaid.

USA
We're not shipping to the US right now due to current tariffs.

TRACKING ONCE IT LEAVES NZ
After your parcel leaves New Zealand, your local postal service handles tracking and delivery. Contact them directly for updates, redelivery, or depot pickup—we can't see that information from here.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
• Damaged? Email us within 2 working days with your order number
• Not arrived? Get in touch after 2 weeks (NZ/AU) or 4 weeks (international)
• Always include your order number

Our courier's proof of delivery is our confirmation you've received it.
