We stand by every product with a one-year guarantee and 30-day return policy.

Faulty Items

Email enquiries@wildkiwiclothing.co.nz with a description and photos. We will assess each case and arrange a refund or replacement. 

Change of Mind

Return within 30 days - unworn, original condition, all labels attached. Return shipping is at your cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items arrive damaged or worn.

Earrings

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. Faulty earrings will be replaced or refunded.
